SUMMARY:The City of Bremerton and Downtown Bremerton Association(DBA)wish to enterintoa
ProfessionalServices and Funding Agreement for the Mainstreet America Program Activities. This is
a cooperative effort in which the City will reimburse DBAfor implementing Mainstreet America Small
Business Marketing and support theaddition of a full-time Executive Director. The funds will assist
DBAas it administersthe Mainstreet Americaprogramservices.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount:Included inthe 2022Budgetand not to exceed
amount of $50,000.
