SUMMARY:
census, City district boundaries are changed to reflect the current population with a view to provide
the public, as far as possible, with equal City Council representation.
To formalize the new district boundaries, the city must hold a public hearing on the proposed
boundaries and then adoptthe related ordinance. This presentationwill illustrate the new boundaries
and then hold the public hearing.
