SUMMARY:Installation of approximately 275 ft of new guardrail at the divided segment of Shore

Drive between E. 11Street and E. 10Street. Total Cost is $41,161.21 (not including WA State
Sales Tax).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Public Works Agreement for the Shore Drive Guardrail Installation Project with
Petersen Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $41,161.21 plus any applicable sales tax;and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
