SUMMARY:This agreement provides completion ofthe groundwater production impact modeling
and mitigation plan as required by Washington State Department of Ecology water right preliminary
permits for Wells 9, 21, and 22 (Task 1). The agreement also provides on-call hydrogeological
services in support of production well operations and maintenance (Task 2).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Robinson Noble, Inc.inan amount not to

the same terms and conditions as presented.
