DATABASE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Includes iRECOVERIT Disaster Recovery
The level of service would be unlimited in certain tasks and would obtain a Priority One response to the
inHANCE database problem. The service will consist of: 1. One data/server migration per year at no additional charge. 2. Unlimited re-installation of the SQL scripts for database maintenance 3. Unlimited restore of the database to the same server 4. Daily* optimization of the database 5. Daily* re-indexing of the database 6. Daily* backups of the database to the servers hard drive and verified once a week for successful completion. 7. Weekly* verification of allocation and structural integrity of all the objects in the database 8. Once Harris certifies any SQL service packs and new versions of SQL Server software we will assist in installation. Harris is not responsible for the purchase of the software. If a data migration is needed for the new version of SQL we will assist with one (1) migration per year at no additional charge. 9. Server must have internet connectivity. 10. Includes up to 10 GIG of online Storage Space for iRECOVERIT online backup of data 11. Cancelation of service requires a written notice at least 30 days before annual expiration. Annual Price:$3,500.00 *Daily meaning Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST excluding holidays. *Weekly meaning one (1) day per week. Bi-monthly will be scheduled for twice a month at a time that is mutually convenient for both Harris and Customer. Above Option Accepted And Approved By:
