Hello Kristina and Felisha, I wanted to reach out to you to start a conversation about making some pricing changes to the lockbox services we provide to the City. We are not good at adjusting our pricing annually, and then we realize that the amounts we are billing for services don't really sync with the actual costs of providing those services. Lockbox pricing needs to be adjusted from the 2015 pricing up to the 2022 rates as follows: The $0.15 per payment handled needs to be changed to $0.18 The $150.00 per month account fee should be $175.00 We have not been charging apparently for the ICL electronic upload to BofA. Our standard fee for this is $6.00 per deposit day. These are large increases on a percentage basis. I apologize for that, and had we been better at addressing pricing changes over the past 7 years this would not be such a surprise. We strive to provide excellent value in the services we provide to our customers, and we believe even with these pricing changes we still meet that goal. I would like to start billing at these new rates starting in June, but realize this might have budget impacts that I'm not aware of as I write this email. If you feel that these proposed fees are unreasonable or you need to have some other implementation schedule, send me your thoughts or we can setup a call or visit, as you desire, to work out a mutually agreeable solution.
