SUMMARY: The amended contract with the Kitsap County Sheriffs Office for Court Security
Services to provide security services at 550 Park Avenue, Bremerton. This amendment is to cover
the term of January 1 — March 31, 2021, at which time the County is discontinuing all contracted
security services.
ATTACHMENTS: Contract Amendment with Kitsap County Sheriff's Office
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $18,500.00 plus the cost of the replacement
officer. This amount has already calculated into the budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the amended contract between the City of Bremerton and Kitsap County Sheriff's
Office for Courthouse Security Services; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
