SUMMARY:
On October 30, 2006, the City
Soccer & Sports Center, LLC for the ground and use concession agreement for the privately owned
indoor soccer and sports facility located at Pendergast Regional Park. The City was notified on
February 1, 2022 that the current owners had entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with
Evolution Soccer, LLCfor the sale of the business and building. OSSC wishes to assign the
concession agreement to Evolution Soccer, LLCandEvolution Soccer, LLCdesires to increase the
number of options to renew the agreement to meet requirements of their funding institution. This
Amendment, if approved, will assign the Concession Agreement to Evolution Soccer, LLCand add
an additional 10-year renewal option to the current agreement. The Bremerton Parks and Recreation
Commission has reviewed the request and recommended approval by City Council at their February

22, 2022, public meeting.
Ownership of the underlying property upon which the building and business is located will remain
with the City.

The first public hearing for public comment was held on March 16, 2022.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve theCity of Bremerton amending the Concession Agreement with Olympic Soccer &
Sports Center, LLC to assign the Concession Agreement to Evolution Soccer, LLC and to add an
additional 10-year option to the Concession Agreement and to authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the necessary agreementsto achieve these terms.
