SUMMARY:
replace the current appliance and software license for 3 years. This contract allows for the hardware
replacement, High-availability hardware implementation and engineering/installation assistance.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount):
Trebron has pushed the first of the 3-year purchase agreement into 2023. This is an anticipated
expense and the cost of the first payment is included inthe 2022 budget. Any extra budget from 2022
will be rolled over into2023 and the followingyears.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a three-year purchase agreement with Trebron Security, LLCto renew the
SOPHOS firewall license and replace the firewall appliance for a total of $35,460.00 including
Washington State sales tax and shipping fees; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
