SUMMARY:Requests for proposals were prepared, advertised, distributedand received, pursuant
to Public Works Bid Laws and Procedures. The Low Bidder was ADT Commercial, of Bothell, WA.
The Department requests approval of the bid award for the Goods and Services Agreement with ADT
Commercial for a five-yearterm, as specified within the agreement.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:Move to approve Goods and Services Agreement with ADT
Commercial for Fire / Security Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, and Alarm Monitoring,
Testing and Maintenance in the amount of $26,824.90 per year for a five (5) year termand authorize
the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
