SUMMARY:Staff requests approval of the property Lease Agreement with the Suquamish Tribe for
the GorstCreek Fish Hatchery operations. This Lease Agreement is for a 10 year term and
provides provisions for property use, maintenance and operations and accurately defines Lease area
boundaries and access to the property.
