Hi Melinda,
We are good to sign and just would like to provide this statement regarding the package sent to
Council.
We understand that the Goods and Services Agreement was presented to the City Council
along with the RFP that was issued for the acquisition of the services. It is our
understanding that PetroCard, Inc.’s relationship with the City of Bremerton is governed by
the terms of the GSA that was heavily negotiated between the parties and not governed by
the RFP nor any contrary terms contained therein. We look forward to a long and
satisfactory relationship with the City.
Just need your acknowledgement of this email and we’ll move forward.

and only the GSA unfortunately.
