TheCityreceivedonly onesubmittalfrom ourRFPand inthismarket thereareonly twovendors servicing theareawith fleet cards: PetroCard andAPP.Toensurethe proposed fuelratesarereasonable, staffcompared themagainst thecontract ratesinthe Department ofEnterprise Services Fuels: Gasoline, Diesel, andRenewables contract number08271; thatcomparison isattached.
