SUMMARY:Contract Modification No. 1amends the Professional Services Agreement with
MaterialsTesting and Consulting to provide additional inspection,materials testing,andlaboratory
services forthe Oyster Bay Beach Sewer Upgradesproject, as requested by the City.The original
contract amount was $24,696. This current contract modification increases the contract amount by
$7,462for an amended contract amount of $32,158.

amount of $32,158;and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially
the same terms andconditions as presented.
