SUMMARY:WSDOT recently updated its Mutual Aid Agreement and in doing so separated
Emergency Proclamation Mutual Aid (under 38.53 RCW) from Local Agency Mutual aid that is not by
between all Government Agencies (local, county, tribal or state) that have executed the agreement to
provide assistance in the event of an emergency or disaster. This agreement supersedes and
replaces the existing agreement that was executed in 1997

is superseded)
