SUMMARY:Department of Ecologyis providing a no match grant for $70,000 to assist in the
implementation and management of the municipal stormwater program. The overall goal is to
improve water quality by reducing stormwater pollutants discharged to state water bodies.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): A $70,000 no match grant to the Stormwater
Utility to assist with implementation of the NPDES Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit
requirements beginning July 1, 2021 through March 31, 2023
