Vertical Bridge Development, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Vertical Bridge”) is
the current tenant under that certain Option and Lease Agreement, dated December 4, 2021 (the
“Agreement”). Pursuant to Section 3 (b) of the Agreement, this letter shall serve as official notice of Vertical
Bridge’s recent sublease or license to Dish Wireless, L.L.C., or one of its affiliates.
