Dear Ms. Johnson;
The City of Bremerton selected your company as the firm for the Hand Cutting 2016 Contract. On behalf of the Forestry Division, I would like to thank you for submitting your firm’s
proposal for our consideration. Four firms submitted bids for this project, enclosed you will find the Bid Tabulation.
Once we have received the required insurance certificates from you, we will review and issue a Notice to Proceed. Ken Donleycott will schedule a meeting to review scope and discuss any
questions you may have.
