Description: We have two contracts which will be needing a contract modification to extend
the terms. The 2021 CDBG contract with the Parks Department will be extended to December
31, 2022 in order to fully complete their scope of work. The 2021 CDBG CV3 contract will be
extended to December 31, 2022 in order to fully expend their rental assistance contract. Both
of these contracts were approved by Council.
