SUMMARY:
The Agreement is for the appropriation of $50,000 for the purpose of augmenting funding of a
BehavioralHealth Navigator,within the crisis intervention level,for services toreduce the number of
people who recycle through the hospitals, emergency rooms, crisis services and criminal justice
systems.
