SUMMARY:Staff requests approval to purchase 187 LED Street Light Fixtures from CED Inc., for
the completion of the downtown street lighting replacement project, in the amount of $360,779.10.
ATTACHMENTS:1) Proposalfrom CED Inc.,-Bremerton; 2) Goods and Services Agreement with
CED Inc.
FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): Anexpenditure of $360,779.10 will be from the
2022 budgeted funds.
