SUMMARY:The professional services agreement outlines the tasks and deliverables to be
undertaken by the prime consultant, Toole Design (the consultant) to develop a Wayfinding Plan with
a pilot implementation for the City of Bremerton Public Works Department. The project will
encompass the development of a wayfinding vision and strategy, a signage design lexicon that can
be used for future phases of implementation, and fabrication specifications for a first phase signage
project. The contract not to exceed amount is $59,790.

FISCAL IMPACTS(Include Budgeted Amount): The PSA value is $59,790. The project budget in
the Transportation Capital Fund in 2022 is $150,000.
