Bremerton City Tree Replacement
Tree Replacement *BUDGET
Procure and install a water bag on each tree.
Deployment & Equipment (estimated 1x day).
Procure and install 4" caliper street tree (*crimson maple / emerald queen maple - client will decide type)
Removal and disposal of existing street tree/stump.
Installation of medium bark tree ring.
Install 2x tree stakes & tree chain on each tree.
TOTAL TAXES NOT INCLUDED
Exclusions
- all permitting to be provided by: City of Bremerton; permits are excluded from our proposal.
- locates to be completed & copy submitted to His Hands by City of Bremerton prior to tree installation
This estimate includes all labor, materials, and disposal fees. It includes two mobilizations, each mobilization requested above 2 will be $500.00 each. To be done by others:
Sleeves for irrigation, all plumbing and electrical inside buildings, power and water supply. If the S.O.W. is not listed above it is not included. This proposal does not include any permits or taxes. Progression payments will be due as work is completed. Balance will be due within 30 days of invoice. His Hands will not be responsible for damage to any underground utilities that are not clearly marked. No warranty on planted areas that are not irrigated. 90 day warranty on irrigated plants. His Hands Lawn Care and Services, Inc., registration no HISHAHL899P8 ("Contractor") agrees to perform the above listed work. By signing this proposal, I agree to pay the amount indicated for the
work and materials provided. Further I agree to the terms contained on the reverse of this page.

CONTRACT PROVISIONS
Severability. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the
validity or enforceability of any other provision.
Modification.Any waiver,alteration or modification of any of the provisions of this Agreement or
cancellation or replacement of this Agreement shall not be valid unless in writing and signed by the
parties.
Waiver.Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that
provision.Waiver of any right or power arising out of this Agreement shall not be deemed waiver
of any other right or power.
Compliance with Laws.Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal,State,and local laws
in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
Choice of Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State
of Washington. Any judicial action to resolve disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be
brought in Kitsap County Superior Court.
Disputes/Attorney's Fees.In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of or in
connection with this agreement,including any action to collect any outstanding balance,the
prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the other their costs and expenses incurred
in resolving the dispute, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Collections.Any checks that are returned due to closed accounts or non-sufficient funds will be
returned to the client after they have been paid plus an additional $25.00 fee.No checks will be
accepted as further payment.All future payments will have to be made by money order or cashier's
check, or in cash if paying in person. Do not send cash through the mail.
All charges must be paid upon receipt of the invoice.All outstanding balances shall bear interest at
one percent per month.
Construction. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Washington. The provisions of this Agreement have been negotiated by the parties, and when
interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, there shall be no presumption of draftsmanship for
or against either party
