SUMMARY: The proposed resolution amends and restates the City's 457(b) Deferred
Compensation Plan Document, Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended
and the applicable Treasury Regulations requires that 457(b) Plan Documents be restated at least
every five years.
