SUMMARY: The project will design stormwater treatment vaults at four stormwater outfalls that
currently discharge to Kitsap Lake untreated. The vaults will treat stormwater discharging from the
outfalls to a level that meets Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) standards for new
development. Parametrix will develop plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) to a 90 percent
complete level as required by the City's Water Quality Assistance Grant from Ecology (WQC-2020-
BremPW-00047). The grant amount is $93,750, with remaining project costs the City's responsibility.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is included in the 2021 and 2022
Stormwater Capital Budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement for design of

Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
