Description: Execute Professional Services Agreement with Kennedy Jenks in the amount not to
exceed $7,500 to prepare an alternatives analysis that will be submitted to the Department of
Ecology as a technical memorandum in support of the recent loan application for the project
Tracyton Beach Road Sewer Improvements.
Fiscal Impact: The contract will be paid under the Engineering Services (542.2061) Professional
Services budget. The project is not budgeted until 2023.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
