A Virtual Budget Workshop of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order on
Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 3:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding. Council
nnonnbm[S present were Eric Younger, Mike 8innpaon, W1iohee| Gnodnovv, Quinn Dennehy, and
Pet Sullivan. Council Vice President Leslie OeUgsvvoo absent. Staff support was provided by
Legislative Office Manager Lori Smith and |TManager Dave Sorensen.
President Gorman established that tohelp reduce the spread ofCOVID-Y9,and until the Norm
Dicks Government Center is open to the public, the City Council is conducting the Budget
Workshops via Zoom, and that all Council Members and staff will be participating remotely...
He further established that members of the public were invited to listen -in to the Budget
Workshops, but there will be no opportunities for input; no action is enhtipu/od| and the content
ofthese items /osubject tnchange.
Financial Gen/ioea Director Mike Rilev assisted Public Works Director Tom Knuckey in leading
the presentations onthe Public Works 8Utilities Department.
President Gorman announced that the next Budget Workshop will beheld remotely on
Monday' November 1 beginning at3:U0 PM.
With nofurther business, President Gorman adjourned the Budget Workshop at4:2OPKq
