SUMMARY: The City bid the project using the MRSC Small Public Works Roster, opening bids on
October 21It, 2021 and 1 bid was received. Henden Electric, Inc. is the lowest responsive,
responsible bidder with their bid of $52,401.75, including sales tax. The project consists of residential
electrical work required by PSE overhead electrical relocations in support of the E 11'h St and Perry
Ave Reconstruction Project on 17 residential properties. This includes upgrades to anchor plates,
mast heads, electrical panel replacement, and restoration.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is budgeted in the 2021
Transportation Capital Fund.
