SUMMARY:
Changes to Section 9.10.020 of the Bremerton Municipal Code include an expansion of the distance
that a roster eligible towing company can locate an impound yard from the City of Bremerton. Due to
changes in the regional towing market there are now no towing companies listed that have an
impound yard within the City of Bremerton. Changes also include clarification of the hours of staff
availability and impound release timeframes.
