SUMMARY: Tonight's public hearing is to take comments on the 2022 Proposed Budget. Budget
workshops were held on October 25, October 28, and November 1 where an overview of the Mayor's
proposed budget was presented to Council. Public comments will be taken into consideration before
Council adopts a final ordinance.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount):
Total proposed general fund expenditures, without ending fund balance, is $58,029,552. With ending
fund balance, total general fund expenditures are $68,268,363. Total proposed expenditures city
wide, without ending fund balance, is $171,275,811. With ending fund balance, total expenditures
city wide is $224,964,542.
