Re: Contract Modification 1, Contract 632120
Upon Council approval of the 2021 CDBG grant funding recommendations, the City Council also
approved contingency plans for what would happen in the event that the City received more or less
funding. In Councils approval of the 2021 funding recommendations, the contingency was if more
money was to come to the City than the increased funding amount would go to the 2021 Sidewalk and
Public Works Contract. We received a loan payoff, which increased our available funding. This
increased the City’s Public Works/sidewalk contract amount from $63,000 to $83,667. I am routing a
contract modification to increase the contract funding amount. Please review and sign at your earliest
