Description: Execute Professional Services Agreement with AES Consultants, Inc. in the amount
of $20,080 for the survey and topographic mapping of Well 7 and 9 sites. AES was originally
selected by Murraysmith, the design engineer for the Well 9 Relocation project, to provide survey
services for that project. However, in order to expedite the work and to assist in developing the
design scope for the Murraysmith contract, the City decided to contract directly with AES.
Fiscal Impact: This project is included in the 2021 Water Capital Budget.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
