SUMMARY: The City Council desires to amend Chapter 9.88 of the Bremerton Code entitled "Drug
Offenses" in order to add language related to the possession of controlled substances and
counterfeit substances and further to repeal minimum penalties for possession of marijuana and drug
paraphernalia.
