SUMMARY: The City Council desires to update, revise, or repeal provisions relating to domestic
violence, computer trespass, fire alarm tampering, bail jumping, and solicitation in order to bring
Chapters 9A.32, 9A.36, 9A.40, and 9A.44 of the Bremerton Municipal Code into compliance with
updated state laws.

into compliance with updated state laws.
