SUMMARY: The current provisions of Chapter 3.99 of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to the
Pendergast Regional Park Construction Fund are no longer applicable because the fund has been
closed. The City Council desires to repeal provisions relating to the Pendergast Regional Park
Construction Fund in order to remove extraneous provisions from the Bremerton Municipal Code.
