Description: Contract Modification Agreement No. 3 amends the Professional Services
Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for engineering services associated with Kitsap Way Culvert
Replacement project. The supplemental scope of work adds additional scope for several tasks
including project management, final design, engineering services during construction, and public
outreach support.
Fiscal Impact: The original contract amount was $421,400. There have been two previous
contract modifications that increased the contract amount to $585,648. The proposed current
contract modification increases the contract amount by $60,656 resulting in a revised contract
amount of $646,304.
Action Requested: Review and signature and e-mail back to Noreen Bolo. This contract is being
routed electronically only.
