Description: FIFO Networks Telecommunications consultant agreement amendment of
$9,900 bringing the total contract amount to $44,900 with change orders totaling $20,400 since
2016. Per 2.76.110 the mayor can approve the greater of change order amounts totaling 30% of
the contract amount or $30,000, making the aggregate change order amounts within the
Mayor’s authority and making this individual change order amount within the mayor’s
administrative budget adjustment amount per BMC 3.02.030
Action Requested: Review and sign the Amendment to the FIFO Networks
Telecommunications Facilities consultant Agreements.
