10 Track short and long term successes through the following measureable outcomes:
Progress reports, inspections, and completion
11 Maintain required records and track relevant data to demonstrate CDBG program successes,
including number of unduplicated clients served, including race and ethnicity.
12 Submit quarterly reports and billing vouchers in a timely manner
13 Submit photos (JPEG) of the program in action with your final quarterly report
C. Project Milestone Schedule
The time frame for completion of the outlined activities shall be:

If any of these activities exceed the timelines by two months, a revised work schedule must be submitted to City.
