SUMMARY: This update to the Bremerton Municipal code updates language in Chapters 15.01,
15.021 15.03 and 15.04. The primary changes are an increase in the term of a Reimbursement
Agreement from 15 to 20 years in accordance with an update to RCW 35.91.020, and clarifications of
when Stormwater General Facility Charges are required. These updates also provide clarifying
language relating to definitions, eliminate conflicting language, update code references, and update
language service connections.
