EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF WORK
WASHINGTON AVE AND 11TH STREET TIB GRANT APPLICATION
This scope of work (SOW) describes Parametrix’s proposed task for preparation of a Transportation Improvement
Board (TIB) grant application for the City of Bremerton’s Washington Avenue and 11th Street Improvements
project. The grant type will be TIB Urban Arterials. Services will include:
1.Virtual meetings with the City (up to three) to strategize and develop an approach for the grant.
2.Support for preparation of grant application materials including figures (up to 3), and technical writing.
Figures will be prepared schematically using existing map resources such as aerial photographs and
existing design plans. City staff will provide oversight and prepare the final grant application and cost
estimate.
Work will be performed on a time and materials basis not to exceed $5,000. Billing rates are provided in Exhibit C.
