Re: 2-Year Renewal Notice
Dear Mr. Carroll,
Pursuant to the terms of the “Exclusive Agreement Between the City of Bremerton and Redflex
Traffic Systems, Inc. for Photo Red Light Enforcement Program” and the ”First Amendment”
thereto, the City of Bremerton hereby exercises its option to renew said agreement for the second
two-year renewal period.
As the current renewal term expires on June 29th, 2021, the second two-year renewal will be in
place from June 30th, 2021 to June 29th, 2023.
This notice meets the requirements that, “notice shall be in writing”, and at least 30 days prior to
expiration of the Initial Term.
