SUMMARY:
In November 2019, the City executed a contract with Skillings, Inc. for the design of the Washington
and 111h Roundabout Project in the amount of $530,000. One no cost supplemental agreement has
been executed to reallocate work from a subconsultant to Skillings. This proposed Supplement No. 2
increases the contract value by $130,882.99 for a new total of $660,882.99 to accommodate
additional design work. The design work includes replacement of lower sidewalks on Washington
Avenue between the Manette Bridge and 11th Street Place, and replacement two water main
crossings within 11th Street at Pleasant Avenue and Highland Avenue.
