LICENSEE Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club

THIS LICENSE MODIFICATION SPECIFICALLY AMENDS THE
KCARC 1925 CHERYL STREET LICENSE (the "License" entered into between the City
of Bremerton and Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club on December 21, 2020.
All provisions in the License shall remain in full force and effect except as expressly modified by
this document.
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the list of equipment mounted on the Tower and define
the size of the License area per the original License; now, therefore,
For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the parties modify the License
as follows:
I.
Section I. Scope , is modified as follows:
1) A modification to license property configuration drawing in Exhibit B attached hereto.
2) A modification to Section 1 License and Conditions, Item A. Use, now reads:
This license is granted to Licensee for use of a portion of City Property, described in Exhibit B,
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof (“License Property”) for the purpose of
transmission and reception of telecommunication and signals using real property and facilities
approved in Exhibit A and with the site configuration as outlined in Exhibit B.
II.
Licensee accepts all requirements of this Modification by endorsing below. Licensee further
agrees that this License Modification constitutes full and final settlement of all and any
Licensee claims. This License Modification does not limit the City’s right to bring a claim
for rent past due or other amounts owing from Licensee to City.
This document will become a supplement of the License and all provisions will apply hereto.
It is understood that this License Modification shall be effective when approved by the City
of Bremerton.
The parties whose names appear below warrant that they are authorized to enter into a
License modification that is binding on the parties of this License. In addition, Licensee
warrants that it has or will inform the surety of this change, and shall take appropriate action
to modify any bonds required under the License to address this change.
