The Service Service Fee Schedule
Stampli as-is Package - Provides access and use to the
following sub services: Digital and Scanned Invoices
registration and tracking, Approving and Participating
process, Dispatching, Accounting Processing, Business
Insight, Permission based Search Engine, Reminders
Engine, Data Export. No restriction on the number of
Subscriber’s Users.
Professional Package - $1,568
included 1,100 invoices per
month; 50 advanced users; $1.25
per invoice over 1,100 per month;
$1.55 per check; $0.55 per ACH
payment.
Subscription is month to month
term with a 30 day written notice
required to cancel.
Payment Terms
● Subscriber shall pay all invoices by credit card. Payment shall be made net without
deduction of any taxes, withholding taxes, levies, and/or other charges.
● Past due payments shall bear interest at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the
highest rate permitted by applicable law, calculated from the date such amount was due
until the date full payment is received. Stampli shall be entitled to reimbursement for
reasonable costs of collection, including legal costs.

● All Orders Subscriber issues to Stampli during the term of this Order Form shall be
governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the Stampli Terms of Service.
