SUMMARY:
This Agreement is to establish a county wide Training Consortium to enable joint fire training
activities and operations. Each Agency shall retain full authority for and jurisdiction over fire
protection, prevention and suppression, emergency medical services, boundaries, elections, budgets
and all other matters not specifically addressed in the Agreement.
