SUMMARY: The Bremerton Police Department requests approval to purchase fifty (50) body
cameras and in -car recording equipment. Body -worn cameras can serve both the department and
the community as an accountability function.
They wish to purchase the equipment from Axon Enterprises, Inc., a participating contractor on the
State of Washington's NASPO list of contracts, No. OK-MA-145-015.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Purchase amount of $184,223.23 was approved in
BPD's 2021 budget.
