A Request for Proposal was provided to five contractors on the Municipal Research Services Center (MRSC) Small Works Roster. The lowest responsive and responsible bid was received from Spectra Contract Flooring in the amount of 52,904.68, plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). ATTACHMENTS: 1) Public Works Agreement; 2) Attachment A (Spectra Contract Flooring Proposal); 3) Procurement File Memo FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds for this contract are available in the Golf Capital Reserve Fund.
