Description: Change Order # 001 to Public Works Agreement (City Contract # 6164) with Apply
A Line LLC for the 2020 Pavement Markings Project (# 315040-42223). This Change Order
installs raised pavement markings at 12 roadway locations throughout the City. There are no
working days added to the contract with this change order.
Fiscal Impact: The original contract amount is $113,700.This Change Order increases the
contract by $ 29,737.50 for a revised contract total of $ 143,437.50. The project is budgeted at
$200,000 in the 2020 Budget ($30,000 from Residential Streets Fund and $170,000 from the
Street Fund). No budget amendment is required.
