SUMMARY: The City of Bremerton is utilizing the Washington State Mailroom Equipment, Supplies
and Maintenance contract to enter into a postage services and equipment lease with Pitney Bowes.
This agreement includes, refillable postage service, a 60-month postage equipment lease, a 60-
month folding and inserting equipment lease, maintenance services and equipment warranties. Since
2016 Pitney Bowes has offered an equivalent services agreement and equipment lease to the City.
We used the state contract and received quotes from all available vendors. After comparing quotes
and equipment specifications it was found in the best interest of the City to accept the Pitney Bowes
combined postage machine and folder/inserter machine agreement.

Pitney Bowes 2) Quotes from all vendors on the State Mail Services Contract

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Equipment Lease and Services Agreement with
