SUMMARY: The scope of the Parametrix work is to develop a phased expansion master plan for the
Oyster Bay facility, and to develop plans for the first phase of the expansion which will include
permitting, grading, and stormwater improvements. Qualifications from firms on the MRSC
consultant roster were reviewed and Parametrix was selected as the most qualified to perform the
work because of their familiarity with the City's permitting process.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Contract amount is $75,656 and is within the
pI oject budget of $405,000.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix for the Oyster Bay Public
Works Facility Expansion in the amount not to exceed $75,656; and authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
